When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text). If you use RosterCoach as a personal trainer or athlete, we also store the workouts, diets, and comments you or your trainer create as part of using the app.
Your data is used solely to run RosterCoach: authenticating you, connecting athletes with their personal trainer, and displaying the workouts and diets assigned to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
An athlete's workouts, diets, and comments are visible only to that athlete and their assigned personal trainer. Athletes cannot see other athletes' data, and personal trainers cannot see athletes who aren't on their roster.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@rostercoach.app. We'll confirm once it's done.
